Our client is seeking a Project Lead to join their team in Dublin. Our client are a specialist cleanroom fitout contractor, providing state-of-the-art, high-quality, cleanroom interior solutions int the Pharma and Biopharma sectors across Ireland & Europe.

As Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, communication and stakeholder management.

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
  • Identify project risks and develop risk management plans.
  • Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage project scope, change requests and dependencies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards.
  • Commercial tendering and progress of project.
  • Monitoring the daily progress of projects.
  • Attending project and Stakeholder meetings to monitor and record progress of actions.
  • Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction management, Project Management or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical project/ project management role within the construction / Fitout / Engineering disciplines – preferably within Cleanroom environments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong construction / Engineering background is preferred.
  • Experience in taking minutes of meetings with Key clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders within the project.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise, to achieve deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal  and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills across the MS Office suite of programmes.
