We are currently seeking to recruit a Project Manager for a leading project management company on a life science project in Berlin, Germany. The project is the fit-out of an existing warehouse with a leading blue chip client in the pharma space. PAYE or contract hires considered.

  • Overall responsibility for technical/commercial delivery and execution of a task
  • Review and understand commercial aspects of the project

  • Develop a project execution strategy and agree same with the customer
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the strategy and modify as necessary to accommodate changing circumstances throughout the life of the project
  • Develop construction/contracting strategy and implement
  • Implement construction/procurement/contracting strategy
  • Identify resource needs, timing and organize with resource owners
  • Coordinate the design between all disciplines including sub-contractors and site team
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory obligations


  • Degree qualified in appropriate management, engineering subject or equivalent.
  • Proficient knowledge of project management processes and procedures
  • Proficient execution planning skills
  • Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and practices
  • Strong in organising and managing complex project activities
  • Working knowledge of project control systems
  • Knowledge of proposals and bid processes
  • Understands engineering estimate basis
