Our Client, an international, fast growing, dynamic, innovative and sustainable environmental services company, who helps protect the planet with sustainable mobile filtration solutions for the purification of liquid and gases are actively searching for a B2B Client Acquisition Manager for Ireland. This is a remote role with travel across Ireland. The ideal candidate will be an experienced new business development generator, whilst having expert knowledge within chemical or environmental engineering. Strong technical aptitude is essential as this person will be dealing with complex chemical and technical problems during client interactions, combined with addressing on-the-spot technical calculations. As this is the 1st employee joining their international team in Ireland, this person will play a strategic role as a valued partner within the business. This role would suit an autonomous self-starter with a hunger for sales and delivery combined with the technical acumen required. Work experience in biogas, chemicals, water treatment, soil remediation or environmental techniques is an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • New business development generation – creating, managing and developing new business opportunities across strategic target market.
  • Provide technical and commercial solutions support to prospects, tailoring solutions to client’s unique needs.
  • Actively track and manage opportunities through client CRM system, whilst maintaining regular follow-ups with prospects at various levels, including purchasing, process engineering and plant management.
  • Employ active prospecting techniques for expansion of customer base in your assigned region.
  • Client engagement, nurturing and relationship development.
  • Participation as required in international trade fairs.
  • Frequent travel within your region including overnight stays and occasional travel to Belgium HQ.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, with a focus on new client acquisition.
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand and communicate complex solutions effectively.
  • Work experience in biogas, chemicals, water treatment, soil remediation or environmental techniques is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a true “hunter” mentality.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, with flexibility for overnight stays.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Package:

  • €75,000-100,000 per annum (pending experience)
