Electrical CAD/Revit Technician

Our client, is currently on the lookout for an Electrical CAD/Revit Technician to join their team in Dublin.

Our client are a Electrical Contractor specialising in modular wiring which involves designing, building, testing and delivering modular wiring, power and lighting systems to site. This new concept involves less waste, more accurate timelines, significant reduced on-site labour cost and overall is more cost effective.

As part of this growth, they are looking for an Electrical CAD/Revit Technician who would have a pivotal role in the design process.

Job Description

Provide drawings from information provided by the Engineering Team
Liaising with the Engineering, Operations teams
Liaising with clients and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with quality standards in CAD / Revit drawings.

Requirements:

3rd level degree in Engineering or sufficient relevant work experience
At least 3 years working in a similar role in a professional environment
Highly proficient in 2D /3D AutoCAD and Revit
Knowledge of Electrical services coordination
Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team essential

Desirable but not essential Criteria:

• 3rd level relevant qualification
• Experience in the modular construction industry.
• Electrical trade background.
• Knowledge of lighting control systems.
• Knowledge of modular wiring systems.
