Electrical Project Engineer

Our client, a Leading Irish Electrical Contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to work between two Large scale  residential developments both located in Dublin 13.

The Projects will include over 1,000 residential units, car parks, amenity spaces and community areas and is a perfect opportunity for the right candidate to build their experience in what is currently an extremely buoyant sector and is sure to remain so for the foreseeable future.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of design documentation to help in identification of any scope gaps
• Complete technical submittals, RFIs, equipment registers and trackers
• Coordinating with team members from all disciplines on a project
• Attending client & site meetings
• Liaising with specialist contractors to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Reporting to the contract manager on project progress, risks and issues incl fortnightly progress reports.
• Review quality on site – walking down systems with project team to ensure compliance
• Overseeing complete operation and maintenance manuals

The Ideal Candidate

• 3rd level qualification is essential
• 3+ years site experience
• Trade background advantageous
