Energy & Sustainability Consultant

Sonas Technical are currently seeking an Energy & Sustainability Consultant to join our client in Wicklow. Our client are a leading Irish energy services company delivering creative commercial-scale solutions in lighting, solar power and electric vehicle charging, operating across a range of sectors including Industrial, Education, Pharmaceutical, Sports, Healthcare and Commercial. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake commercial energy audits
• Work closely with company management to create new services for clients
• Energy Reduction Roadmaps/Action Plans for clients working with partners to deliver the same.

Requirements:

• Degree in a construction / environmental / engineering or related field desirable with proven performance in sustainability
• Understanding of energy-efficient technologies and the delivery of same
• A Certified Energy Manager (CEM) Qualification and/or Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) is preferred but not essential
• Ideally 5 – 8+ years’ experience as a sustainability consultant or related position
• Full clean driving license
