We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our clients’ growing team. We’re looking for someone who wants to know the ins and outs of their company, while making decisions that will have a significant impact across the organization.
The right person for this role will enjoy complex problem solving joined with the implementation of processes to enhance the teams’ productivity.
Operations Manager Responsibilities:-
· You will promote and implement new and improved business systems and processes;
· Oversee the teams’ performance and provide leadership to all business functions in divisions;
· Monitor your teams productivity and provide ways to improve to the managing Director;
· Create operational processes accelerating company objectives;
· You will recruit & hire were necessary high qualified professionals and manage them as team members;
· Know all standard operations procedures to achieve maximum efficiency and to meet all metrics defined;
· Analyze each project to ensure its profitability prior to respective presentation to the client;
· Develop training systems & critical knowledge tests to ensure maximum process efficiency;
· Support the sales team with project management of onboarding new clients;
· Work with the Engineering team to improve reports by function and help manage data quality;
Operations Manager Requirements
· 3-5 years of experience ideally in a project manager or operations role;
· Experience of leading & managing technical projects with a complex stakeholder environment;
· Ideally third level qualification in engineering/production engineering and/or business management
· Proven communication skills supporting all levels of different departments;
· Strong motivator capable of leading team to achieving defined goals and objectives;
· Experience of encouraging and running workshops and training sessions;
· Visualisation skills to design reports and work with technical documentation;
· Ability to develop and implement new and improved business strategies;
· Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
