Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the seamless and accurate delivery of all payrolls within established deadlines.
  • Organize and process payroll data systematically and efficiently.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of payroll deadlines and monthly tasks.
  • Generate payroll reports and collaborate with the finance department for processing.
  • Uphold GDPR regulations, ensuring payroll confidentiality and security.
  • Address and resolve payroll queries promptly or escalate as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance coordination between HR, Payroll, and Finance.
  • Keep payroll policies up to date and create new procedures as required.
  • Provide payroll-related support to various project activities within Finance and HR.
  • Assist Finance in reporting and audit queries.
  • Play a vital role in future global payroll expansions and other projects.
  • Manage all payroll-related correspondence and escalate complex matters as needed.
  • Foster strong cross-functional team relationships.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external payroll partners to ensure outstanding service delivery and compliance across multiple countries.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses experience in a similar payroll role and is familiar with working alongside outsourced payroll partners.
  • Demonstrates exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Exhibits problem-solving abilities, thinking creatively to address novel challenges.
  • Shows excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiently uses software systems and displays expert knowledge of spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Functions effectively both as a team player and independently.
