Our client, an exciting & innovative Irish Tech start-up specialising in energy efficient water and wastewater solutions, are seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager (Water & Wastewater) to join their growing team in Galway.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are seeking ideal candidates who possess experience in several of the following domains:

  • Engineering background, intermediate level of experience (3+ years),
  • Project management experience and track record of successful management of scope, schedule & budgets on projects,
  • Demonstrates excellent time management and an ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at once,
  • Procurement and supply chain experience, contract management experience,
  • Exceptional report writing and presentation skills,
  • Extensive business development experience in the municipal and industrial wastewater sectors,
  • Financial tracking experience,
  • Knowledge of construction/installation in the water and wastewater industries

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • A minimum of a Level 8 Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and constructive work approach.
  • Design Experience – BIM, Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Excellent knowledge of Hydraulics, WWT processes, Structural engineering & steel design,
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a willingness to shoulder responsibility, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in technical report writing.
