Renewable Energy Contracts Manager

Our client, a leading provider of Renewable Energy Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager to deliver projects to time and budget constraints. This role will report directly to the Managing Director and be based in Waterford.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Electrical/mechanical installation of renewable energy systems
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Equipment Specification
• Manage Subcontractors and schedule of works
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed
• Provide technical support to customers
• Proactively develop technical skills and knowledge as to keep pace with new developments and stay abreast of trends in relevant industry fields
• Share knowledge and skills with other team members
• Understanding of Health and Safety requirements
• Working to KPI’s

The Ideal Candidate:

•  Third level Electrical/Mechanical engineering qualification
• 5 Years’ Experience in Mechanical/Electrical Services
• Full Clean Driving License
• Project Management experience on projects to value of 5 million
• Excellent People Management skills
• Flexibility to travel
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems Solar PV, Wind Turbines advantageous
• Demonstrate an open, positive attitude to learning and developing a broad range of skills
