We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our highly-respected, growing firm Sonas Technical. Based at our headquarters in Naas, Co.   • Hybrid working – We need someone based a commutable distance from Naas, who can be in the office 3 days per week Monday, Wednesday & Friday. (Tuesdays when a Bank Holiday). 
  • Flexible hours: Core hours are 9:00 am to 4:30 pm with the option for flexible working outside of those times to make up your working week as agreed with your Line Manager.

The Opportunity 

We are seeking a proactive, ambitious and energetic Operations Manager ready to tackle any challenge that comes their way and who can hit the ground running. We need someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced and very changeable environment in an expanding team – and who’ll enjoy being the go-to person for keeping the business operations in step with that growth. 

What You’ll Do all day 

  • Ensure the smooth operations of all aspects of the business as we scale. 
  • Constantly analyse our current operational processes and look for improvements to drive more efficiency and productivity throughout the team 
  • Organising and managing client events. 
  • Overseeing our marketing function. 
  • Managing the day-day invoicing and the accounts receivable process for the company. 
  • Coordinating the completion and e-signatures of terms of business for clients, temporary workers contracts and contractors onboarding 
  • Be a first point of contact for the business and allocate to the appropriate person within our team 
  • Working with the directors on a range of projects, tenders and ad hoc tasks. 
  • Manage interactions with our temporary workers and contractors who work with our clients. This includes establishing good working relationships, fielding queries from them, managing timesheets and maximising their engagement length with our clients. 
  • Be a positive influence on the company and the team, engaging with company growth strategies and pursuing continuous professional development. 

What we need from you 

  • 2 years + experience within a recruitment and talent solutions environment, ideally agency background. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 
  • High level of efficiency around IT related tasks is essential. We are a technology forward and data driven company utilising the Microsoft suite, Monday.com project management tools, analytics and databases daily.  
  • Goal orientated and process minded, with a driven nature for achieving positive outcomes and results within deadlines. 
  • A can-do attitude, resilient under pressure, with the ability to cope with change that’s inevitable within a growing business 
  • A growth mindset and a belief that you can improve your abilities through effort, learning, and persistence 
  • Personable individual who prospers in small team environments. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail skills with the ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
